NIKE KOBE AD “BOOKER PE”

Devin Booker continues to be one of Nike Basketball’s top rising stars, and if you needed any more proof of the Swoosh Brand’s commitment to him, then look no further. No stranger to PE versions of Kobe signature shoes – reference his UNDFTD Protro PE – Booker is getting his own version of the Kobe AD with an unconventional pattern on its Swoosh. Two images of Booker come screen printed on both midfoot Swoosh marks as well as another close-up photo on each insole. Otherwise, this iteration comes adorned in a Phoenix Suns-appropriate color scheme with a primarily purple upper and a hint of orange mixed into the midsole. Currently, Booker does not have a signature sneaker with Nike, but he is certainly one of the only athlete’s to have his face largely part of the design of a sneaker.

NIKE AIR FOAMPOSITE ONE “RUST PINK”

Nike’s Air Foamposite One collection is getting a bit bigger this April with this brand new look. Decked out in “Rust Pink” (previously referred to as Elemental Rose), it shares the same hue as those trendy Air Jordan 1s that dropped at Art Basel last December. An icy outsole and a black tongue and insole unit finish off the design in customary Foamposite fashion. While Foams are not as popular as they once were, there are still plenty of nostalgic Swoosh brand fans that will remain loyal to the iconic basketball silhouette that has meant so much to Nike

NIKE KOBE 1 PROTRO “CLOSEOUT”

Kobe Bryant has one of the greatest signature shoe lines ever. After his retirement several seasons ago, speculation began as to when Nike would begin to retro his shoes. Of course, being Kobe, he wouldn’t let it happen that simply. Instead, they had to perform better than they did before while maintaining their classic good looks. So, the design team behind the Nike Kobe line came up with the “Protro” series, which takes retro Kobe shoes and guts them, replacing the old technology with much newer and better materials. The new model first released to the public in February at All-Star Weekend, in the form of a collaboration with Undefeated. Now, the Nike Kobe 1 “Protro” is set to release in classic Laker’s color blocking. The new “Closeout” colorway pays homage to the only NBA team Kobe played for, using their signature white, purple, and gold tones to craft a minimal, yet luxurious looking color scheme.
The next installment in the Nike Kobe 1 Protro lineup will arrive in stores on April 14th, 2018. The new “Close-Out” colorway, which features Lakers colors, are set to release at sole4souls.com . 100% ORIGINAL.

NIKE LEBRON SOLDIER 12 SFG “ZERO DARK THIRTY”

LeBron James shoes are well known amongst sneakerheads off the court. The signature LeBron x Nike shoe has been a staple in the collections of many fans over the years, adding more iterations as they evolved. Just over a decade ago, Nike and LeBron decided to add another silhouette to his arsenal, the Soldier. Created as a takedown model for LBJ, the Soldier was constructed to deliver the same performance at leading Nike signature models, but with a significantly lower price point. This makes the shoe more accessible to fans who may not otherwise be able to purchase a LeBron shoe. This year’s Nike LeBron Soldier design builds on the looks of the previous two. Opting for a similar high-cut ankle, the new Soldier 12 SFG uses the LeBron 15’s Battleknit upper for lightweight durability. Then, a system of straps swoops over the midfoot to provide the lockdown needed for the NBA court. Finally a smooth suede or nubuck toe cap finishes off the pair by providing extra security throughout the front of the shoe.
